Anne Belot

Anne Belot, 81, of rural Leo, passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at Story Point in Fort Wayne. She was born in Fort Wayne, on November 3, 1941, to the late Willard and Martha (Wilson) Witte. She spent her formative years in Fort Wayne and graduated from South Side High School. Anne was married to Stephan J. Belot, on August 8, 1964, in Fort Wayne. He preceded her in death on March 22, 2009. She worked at the LifeHouse Church as a secretary for many years. In her free time, she liked to garden. She was an avid tennis fan and enjoyed playing. Anne was a wonderful cook. Anne is survived by two children, Lisa (Dan) Greil and Mark Belot; a sister, Jane Conard; a brother, James Witte. Funeral Services will be held at Lifehouse Church, Huntertown Campus, on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., with calling one hour prior. The family will also receive family and friends at the Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Huntertown Chapel, on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Burial will take place in the Huntertown Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Lifehouse Church, Huntertown. Sheets & Childs Funeral Home has been entrusted with these arrangements.
