Aureus Randall

Aureus Drake Randall, 31, of Churubusco passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 17, 2022. He was born in Miami, Florida, on March 24, 1991, to Drake and Tammy (Gillenwater) Randall. He spent his formative years in Churubusco and graduated from Churubusco High School. Aureus was engaged to Camarie Elliott on December 26, 2017. He had previously worked for Greycraft Signs but had recently started with CME. Aureus loved his family and spending time with them was his top priority. They enjoyed fishing, going to church, playing cards, and cooking. He was a talented sea food cook. He was also an avid golfer and had been ranked as a junior golfer. Aureus is survived by his mother and father, Drake & Tammy Randall; his fiance, Camarie Elliott; their two sons, Sylus and Elyus; his two sisters, Ashley Mourey and Ajah Randall; his grandmothers, Nancy Gillenwater and Rosalinda Randall. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Bruce Randall and Steve Gillenwater. Funeral services will be held at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Churubusco Chapel, on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., with calling one hour prior to the service. The family will also receive friends at the Funeral Home, on Monday, June 20, 2022, from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Burial will take place in the Eel River Cemetery, Churubusco.
