Barbara Fritz

Barbara E. Fritz, 84, of Fort Wayne, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. She was born in Churubusco, on January 30, 1938, to the late George W. and Velma (Ferguson) Lincoln. She spent her formative years in Northwest Allen County and graduated from Huntertown High School in 1956. She was married to Kenneth P. Fritz in Fort Wayne, on September 7, 1957. Barbara was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church-Lake Township. She was also a member of the Churubusco Eastern Star, where she served as the secretary. Barbara had the heart to help people. She worked for Wolf-Dessauer and then Indiana Michigan Power. She retired from Kinzie Super Service after 22 years of service. Barbara is survived by her husband of 64 years, Kenneth P. Fritz; a daughter, Deborah (Ron) Fritz-Butler; two sons, Calvin (Robin) Bellis-Fritz and Tyrone (Erin) Fritz; two brothers, Billy (Cheri) Lincoln and David Lincoln; nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Betty McHenry. The funeral service will take place at Saint John's Lutheran Church-Lake Township 7914 W. Cook Road Fort Wayne, IN 46818, at 11:00 am, on Monday, May 2, 2022, with calling one hour prior to service. Memorials may be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church-Lake Township.
