Beulah Mae Allman, 92, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2023. She was born on May 4, 1931, to Glen & Myrtle Sloffer, in Ari, where she lived until her marriage to Jimmie Allman on October 9, 1949. Three children, Robin, Roger & Rex, blessed Jimmie's & Beulah's lives.
Beulah taught for over 25 years in the local school loving every day she spent in the classroom. After retiring from teaching, she volunteered for CASA and enjoyed helping the families she served. Beulah was a longtime member of Churubusco United Methodist Church.
Beulah is survived by her sister, Ruth Neuhouser; two sons, Roger (Carol) Allman and Rex (Nancy) Allman; son-in-law, Steve Fisher (Denise); grandchildren, Amanda Kunzer, Brian Fisher, Joel Allman, Leah Raider, Luke Allman, Glen Allman, Kyle Allman, Lee Allman; and nine great-grandchildren. Jimmie and Beulah fostered two sons, Lonny Fuller and Dan Decker; both of whom survive.
Beulah was preceded in death by her daughter, Robin, on July 31, 1998; and her husband, Jimmie, on July 16, 2018; one sister, Irene Magner; and two brothers, Everett & Dale Sloffer.
Funeral services for Beulah will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Churubusco United Methodist Church, 750 North Main Street, Churubusco, Indiana 46723 with public visitation two hours prior.
Memorials can be given to Churubusco United Methodist Church food ministry or CASA - Court-Appointed Special Advocate.
