Chad Hamilton

Chad Lee Hamilton, 41, of Fort Wayne, formally of Churubusco, passed away on May 21, 2020, at Sage Bluff Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Bluffton, on November 24, 1978, to Robert and the late Sandra (Lacoax) Hamilton. He spent his formative years in Churubusco, graduating from Churubusco High School. Chad worked at McDonald's in Churubusco and also at Easterseals Arc of Northeast Indiana. He loved basketball and lettered in high school for being the manger. He collected coins and liked to watch WWE wrestling. He was a Godly man and loved everyone. He especially loved his family and church. Chad is survived by his parents, Robert & Etta Hamilton; two sisters, Paula (Scott) Hunsberger and Erica (George) Gephart. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Hamilton; his brother, Ryan Hamilton. Services will take place at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home on Thursday, May 28, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., with calling one hour prior to the service. The family will also receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. Burial taking place at Christian Chapel Cemetery, Merriam.
