Christina Keyes

Christina Kaye Keyes, 46, of Churubusco, passed away at 2:15 pm on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne surrounded by her family. Mrs. Keyes was born on February 2, 1969 in Winamac, Indiana, a daughter of Mickey and Connie (Lowery) Baker. She spent her formative years in Rochester, and graduated from Rochester High School in 1987. On December 16, 2009 she was married in Columbia City to Seth Keyes. The surviving relatives include her husband, Seth Keyes of Churubusco; Her three children, Benjamin Sery of Churubuco, Isabella Keyes and Juliet Keyes both of Churubusco; two step children, Nicholas Keyes and Hilary Keyes, both of New Orleans; her parents, Mickey and Connie Baker of Rochester; two brothers, Andrew Baker of Ottawa, Il and Rodger Baker of Logansport; grandmother, Wilma Hart of Rochester; father-in-law, Daryl (Carolyn) Keyes of Roanoke, VA. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Raymond and Marie Lowery; paternal grandparents, Eugene "Curly" and Mary Ruth Baker; mother-in-law Karen Cobble. The family will receive friends at the Sheets & Childs Funeral Home Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 2:00p.m. to 7:00p.m.. Burial will be in the Richland Center I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Rochester, Indiana at a later date.
