Coleen R. Clark, 86, of Churubusco, passed away surrounded by her family on January 20, 2026, at Betz Nursing Home in Auburn.
She was born on December 24, 1939, in Convoy, Ohio, to the late Lewis and Helen (Adams) Fralick. She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, William Clark, as well as sisters Bonnie Miller and Ruth Anne Merchant.
Coleen was raised in northwest Ohio and Indiana, graduating from Ossian High School in 1958. Coleen married Bill in 1967 and settled in Churubusco soon after, where they raised their two children, Steve and Michelle.
Coleen was a dedicated wife and mother with a wonderful sense of humor and a deep love for the Lord. She loved music and frequently shared her musical gifts by playing piano. In recent years, she spent many days entertaining her fellow residents at Betz Nursing Home with her keyboard. Coleen treasured visiting friends and engaging in heartfelt conversations, leaving a lasting impact on all those who knew her.
Coleen is survived by her children, Steven (Cheri) Clark of Winder, GA, and Michelle (Lavon, d.) Wirtz of Ft. Wayne; her brothers, Donald (Sharon) Fralick and David (Bonnie) Fralick; her six grandchildren, Jessica, Christina, Anna, Noah, Ethan, and Isabelle; as well as great-grandchildren, Christopher and Braylynn, and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Churubusco Chapel, with calling hours beginning at 3:00 p.m.
A graveside Committal will take place at Highland Park Cemetery on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
