Connie Sue Bair, a compassionate, empathetic, and loving individual, was born on September 4, 1943, in Wolf Lake. She spent her life dedicated to her family and friends, and her passion for numbers led her to a successful 35-year career in banking. Connie passed away on May 29, 2023, leaving a legacy of love, kindness, and a life well-lived.
After retiring in 1988 as Vice President & Cashier at Churubusco State Bank, Connie continued to work with numbers, providing bookkeeping services for Bonar Insurance and the local library. Connie's devotion to her community was evident in her involvement with the Churubusco State Bank Board of Directors and as Missions Treasurer at her church.
