Cynthia Schotter

Cynthia "Cindy" "Stevi" Hagan Schotter, 62, of Sacramento, CA, passed away on October 7, 2019, at her sister's home in Churubusco. Cindy was born in Fort Wayne, on October 1, 1957, to the late Cornelius and Jeanette (Harber) Hagan. She spent her formative years in Fort Wayne, graduating from Northside High School in 1976. She also attended American River College in California. Stevi moved to L.A. to pursue her passion for singing. After the birth of her children she began working for the schools as a school Liaison. Cindy loved to sing and she loved the ocean. She enjoyed working in her garden and watercolor painting. Her passion was her children. Stevi is survived by her two children, Jessica (Andrew) Norris and Michael Schotter; eight siblings, Steven (Karen) Hagan, Kathleen (Darwin) Bartels, Teresa Hagan, Mary (James) Walker, Diane (Phillip) Knepper, Patrick (Kathy) Hagan, Tim (Carol) Hagan and Brenda (David) Lary; two sisters-in-law, Kathy Hagan and Agnes Hagan; many nieces and nephews and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Kevin and Dennis Hagan A celebration of life to be held by the family on Saturday, October 12, 2019, attendees to arrive 1 pm.
