Dalton Brady

Dalton D. Brady, 13, of Collins, passed away at 4:02 p.m. on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. Dalton was born on June 20, 2002 in Columbia City, a son of David and Brandy (Rice) Brady. He spent his formative years in Collins, and attended Churubusco Middle School. He was a member of the Misfit Mudders in Churubusco for four years, he played football from 3rd grade thru 7th grade, and was on the Churubusco Middle School Wrestling Team this past year. The surviving relatives include his parents, David and Brandy Brady of Collins; two brothers Dylan and Dominick Brady of Collins; two uncles, Dennis Brady of Churubusco and George Rice of Fort Wayne; an aunt Freedom (Dane) Keener of Churubusco; the paternal grandparents Dave and Sherrie Brady of Churubusco; the maternal grandparents George and Lacina Rice of Fort Wayne; and his great-grandprents David B. Brady and Fern Baxter, both of Churubusco, and Joe and Jean Gadomski of Venice, Fla; numerous cousins; and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother Sueanna H. Brady Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2015, in the Jason Smith Auditorium at Churubusco High School, with Pastor Timothy Grable, officiating. The family will receive friends at the Sheets & Childs Funeral Home in Churubusco from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, or at the auditorium one hour prior to the service.
