Danny L. Duncan, 57, of Albion, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away on September 30, 2026, in Allen County. Born on July 20, 1969, in Columbia City, Danny lived a vibrant and meaningful life filled with creativity, laughter, hard work, and, above all, love for his family and friends.

Danny graduated from Churubusco High School and went on to build a long and fulfilling career with Schust Construction, where he worked as a Sheet Metal Foreman for more than 30 years. He retired in May 2026. Danny took great pride in his work and was known for being a dedicated and hardworking man who formed lasting friendships with those he worked alongside.

On September 10, 1994, Danny married the love of his life, Jenny Fletcher, in Albion. Together, they built a beautiful life and raised their two children, Blake and Haley. Danny adored his children and cherished the time he spent with them. He was always supportive of their interests and encouraged them to pursue their own creativity and passions.

Danny was a man of many talents and interests. He enjoyed fishing and even had a knack for catching night crawlers to use as bait. He had an artistic spirit and loved painting, drawing, and building model cars. Whether he was working on a creative project, enjoying one of his hobbies, or simply listening to music, Danny had a way of finding joy in the things he loved. Music was a constant companion throughout his life and often provided the perfect backdrop for his many creative pursuits.

Those who knew Danny will remember his kind heart, infectious laughter, creative spirit, and the genuine joy he brought into the lives of those around him. He had a way of making memories wherever he went, and those memories will remain with his family and friends for years to come.

Danny is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Jenny; his children, Blake Duncan and Haley (Chad) Schultz; his sisters, Becky (Mike) Bingham and Deb (Kennie) Blessing; six grandchildren, Brynlynn, Kamden, Caesyn, Anna, Jen, and Aria; sister-in-law, Lavon Fletcher; brother-in-law Derek (Lydia) Fletcher; nieces and nephews, Lauren (Jimmy) Ostler, Dalton (Kelsey), Keaton, Brayden, Khilynn, Treyton, Eli, and Alexander; great-niece, and nephew Raelyn and Theo.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie O. D. Duncan and Thelma Duncan and a sister-in-law Carrie Fletcher.

A Celebration of Life service for Danny will be held at a later date. Family and friends will be invited to gather together to share stories, memories, and laughter as they celebrate Danny's life and the lasting impact he had on those who knew and loved him. Details regarding the date and location of the Celebration of Life will be announced at a later time.
