David Curtis

David Bradley Curtis, 60, of Churubusco, passed away on July 8, 2021, at his home. Born in Olney, IL, on April 10, 1961, to Bill and Wanda (Kesler) Curtis. He spent his formative years in Olney, graduating from East Richland High School. David attended International Business College where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business. He worked as a Waste Water Treatment Operations Manager for the Town of Churubusco. Later he worked for Aqua Source. David received the USEPA Award of Excellence for Outstanding Operation and Maintenance of the Water Pollution Control Facility Small Advanced in the Town of Churubusco. He was also the Co-Owner of the former G & C Amplifications in Fort Wayne. David loved playing and collecting guitars. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. David is survived by his parents Bill and Wanda Curtis; his sister, Debbie (Rob) Skees of Peoria, AZ; his brother, Doug (Lori) Curtis of Panama City Beach, FL; a nephew, Bryan (Missy) Curtis; three nieces, Taylor (Brandon) Crawford, Kylee Skees, and Olivia Curtis; a great-niece, Annsley Curtis.
