Doloras Rae (Grammer) Fulk, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Orchard Pointe. Born on May 25, 1932, in Adrian, Michigan, Doloras spent her formative years growing up in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was a 1950 graduate of Central High School and a 1953 graduate of Methodist Hospital Nursing School. Doloras married Paul Fulk in February of 1954, later moving to rural Albion in 1960, where she lived until her passing. Doloras retired from the Central Noble School System in 2012 after 40 years of dedicated service. She was profoundly proud of her time spent at Wolf Lake Elementary School; the students and her colleagues meant the world to her. She also adored cats.
Doloras is survived by her sons, Kirk (Kristy) Fulk, and Jason Fulk; a daughter-in-law, Christy Fulk; grandchildren, Taylor (Carol) Fulk, Rachel (Austin) Brown, Lauren (Erik) Tom, Belinda Yaseck, Doug (Elizabeth) Fulk, Brandon (Peyton) Fulk, and Christopher Fulk; and great-grandchildren, Calvin, Rosalie, Eliza, Mara, Lukas, Emery, Jasmine, Camryn, Elijah, Owen, Connor, and Marceline.
She was predeceased in death by her mother, Margaret (Merillat) Grammer; husband, Paul Fulk; and son, Glenn Fulk.
Public visitation for Doloras will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, 206 North Main Street, Churubusco, Indiana 46723, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm at the funeral home immediately following visitation hours.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Stillwater Hospice.
