Donabelle Frazier, 94, of Fort Wayne, was called to her eternal resting place at 6:58 p.m. on December 22, 2016, at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home.
She was born on April 19, 1922 in Green Township, Noble County, a daughter of William and Iva (Johnson) Leitch. She spent her formative years in Green Township.
On September 7, 1940 Donabelle was married in Eel River Township to Dorwin Eugene Frazier. The couple then moved to the family farm on Frazier Road. He preceded her in death on October 9, 1999.
Donabelle was a member of the First Eel River Baptist Church. She enjoyed enjoyed being a farmer's wife, gardening, feeding the birds, and planting flowers.
She is survived by a son, Ronnie (Sharon) Frazier of South Whitley; a daughter Jeanne (Ron) Unglaub of Flowers Mound, Tx; a daughter - in - law, Suzanne Frazier of Churubusco; ten grandchildren and 24 great - grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband Donabelle was preceded in death by a son Larry Frazier; a grandson Terry Frazier; a great grandson; a great great granddaughter; and three sisters, Velda Winebrenner, Eileen Breinfalk, and Lois Horsewood.
A funeral service will be held at Sheets and Childs Funeral Home on Tuesday December 27, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., Pastor Larry Smith, officiant.
The family will recieve friend at the Funeral Home on Monday December 26, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., or one hour prior to the services.
Burial in the Riverview Cemetery, Allen County.
