Dorothy Wedler

Dorothy May Wedler, 91, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019, at Kingston Care Center. Born in Fort Wayne, on April 18, 1927, to the late, Fred and Beulah (Jackson) Wedler. She spent her formative years in Fort Wayne, graduating from Central High School. She worked at Lincoln Life in Fort Wayne for over 30 years. After her retirement, she enjoyed working at Walmart into her 90s. Dorothy is survived by two neices, Lynette Milledge and Karen Osborn; one great neice, Beth Milledge; great nephew, Chris Milledge. She is preceded in death by her parents; her longtime companion, Jesse LaRue; two brothers, William and Richard Wedler; great nephew, James Milledge Jr. Graveside services will take place at Lindenwood Cemetery on Saturday, February 23, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., Pastor Rick Van Horn, officiating.
