Dylan Morefield

Dylan Scott Morefield, 22, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2022. He was born in Noblesville, on October 7, 1999. He was the son of Christopher Morefield and Carla Marie Bacon. He spent his formative years helping his father maintain the Blue Ridge Estates in Churubusco. He took his knowledge he gained from that time and took his skills to the world. Dylan enjoyed spending time with his family and working on cars with his dad. He also enjoyed bowling and family trips to Lake Michigan and Chain "O" Lakes State Park when he was younger. He is survived by his father, Christopher (Elizabeth Sexton) Morefield; his mother, Carla Bacon; his stepmother, Heather Barrand; his son, Dusty Murphy; two brothers, Nathan and Anthony Morefield; three sisters, Shyann (Zachary) Burent, Haley and Aryanah Morefield; two nieces and a nephew. A memorial gathering will take place on, Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Huntertown Chapel, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family for funeral expenses C/O Sheets & Childs Funeral Home.
