Ezequiele Cervantes , 60, of Ligonier, passed away at 3:47 pm on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at his residence in Fort Wayne.e Mr.e Cervantes was born on March 3, 1951 in Vallehermos, Tamp., Mexico a son of Josee Cruz and Eubelestela (Rodriguez).e On July 13, 1973 he was married in Jasper County to Deliae Pena, moved to Ligonier where he had lived for 25 years. He was employed at Silgan Plastic Mr. Cervantes was a member of El Buen Samaritano, Assembly of God of Santa Rosa, Texas.e The surviving relatives include wife, Delia Cervantes of Ligonier, IN; his parents of Santa Rosa, Texas; daughter, Dalila Cervantes of Rancho "La Pena", Mexico, son, Ezequiel Cervantes of Ligonier, IN, son, Eliud Eli Cervantes of Fort Wayne, IN, daughter, Korayma Valentia Cervantes of Ligonier, IN; three sisters, Ma. Magdalena (Moises) Salinas, Ma. de los Angeles (Jose Luis) Martinez both of Ligonier, and Elizabeth (Jesus) Trevino of Santa Rosa, TX; six brothers, Jose (Noemi) Cervantes of Ligonier, IN, Jose Cruz (Dora) Cervantes of Mexico, Ruben (Rebeca) Cervantes of Ligonier, Juan Carlos (Claudia) Cervantes, and Samuel (Magda) Cervantes both of Santa Rosa, TX; granddaughter, Jazmin Rose Cervantes of Santa Rosa, TX, Daisy Marleen Cervantes, and Priscilla Irene Cervantes both of Ligonier, IN; grandson, Ezequiel Cervantes III of Ligonier, IN, father, Jose Cruz Cervantes of Santa Rosa, TX, mother, Eubelestela Euvelester Cervantes of Santa Rosa, TX.e e e e e e The family will receive friends at the Zion Cumunidad Cristiana, Syracuse, IN from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm Wednesday. Burial will be in the Ejido: La Sierrita, Estasion Los Olmos Marumoros, Tamauilpas, Mexico.
