Hazel Cupp

Hazel Faith Cupp, of Albion, infant daughter of Willard K. and Angela C. Cupp III. was stillborn on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. The surviving relatives include a sister - Anika Cupp of Albion; a brother - Willard Cupp IV of Albion; Paternal Grandparents - Willard (Shelly) Cupp II of Albion; Maternal grandparents - Daniel (Tammy) Thomas of Albion; two paternal great-grandparents - Willard (Rebecca) Cupp of Albion and John (Sue) Hubbard of Columbia City; maternal great-grandparents - Barbara (Larry) Sanders; three uncles - Ben Thomas of Kendallville, William, and James Cupp both of Albion; three aunts - Rachel Thomas of Fort Wayne, Rebecca Cupp of Albion, and Elizabeth (Andres) Erazo of Albion. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm Monday at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, with Pastor Monte Harlan, officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. A private family burial will follow. *************************
