Herbert L. "Herbie" Foote, 76, a resident of rural Albion at Bear Lake, passed away at 3:55 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
At the request of the family there will be no services.
