Jacqueline Tilbury

Jackie Tilbury, 74, of Churubusco, passed away at 8:20p.m. on November 23, 2017 in Fort Wayne. Born on July 29, 1943 in Olympia, Washington. She was raised by her parents Carl and Joan Thomas. She spent her formative years in Alaska. Jackie was married on February 23, 1968 to Arthur Tilbury in Alaska. The couple moved to Churubusco in 1975. She was a dedicated mother and later enjoyed opening her house to her grandchildren and many others. Jacqueline is survived by a daughter, Joanna (Michael) Keefe; four sons, David Tilbury, John Tilbury, Lee Tilbury and Ray Tilbury; a sister, Mary; 19 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Carl Thomas and George and Joan Carlson; four brothers, Jim, Bud, Dale, and Ray; a granddaughter, Jenny and a great granddaughter, Summer.
