James Patrick Burke, 83, a resident of Fort Wayne, passed away at 8:30 p. m. on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at his home. At Mr. Burke's request, his body will be donated to the Indiana University School of Medicine. Sheets & Childs Funeral Home in Churubusco is in charge of the arrangements. ********************************
