Jason Jones

Jason R. Jones, 44, of Columbia City, passed away on September 20, 2018, in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, on August 19, 1974, to Robert Jones and Lorena Rigsby. He spent his formative years in Fort Wayne and attended Northrop High School the class of 1993. Jason was married to Nikki Snider in Fort Wayne, on March 10, 2018. He liked working on cars with his brother Clayton. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. Jason is survived by his wife, Nikki (Snider) Jones; his six children, Jason Jones Jr., Kristina Waller, Chad (Megan) White, James Artressia, Sasha Jones and Desiree Jones; three step-children, Adrien Unruh, Shaina Hyser and Dalton Hyser; two brothers, Clayton Counts and Shaun Counts; a sister, Kayla (Barak) Pauley; his step-father, Russ Dohm; 14 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by mother Lorena Dohm; his grandma Eldora Rigsby and and an uncle Dewey Rigsby. Services will take place at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at 7:00 PM. Officiating, Pastor Rick VanHorn.
