Joann Myers

Joann M. Myers, 83, of Fort Wayne, passed away on March 7, 2020, at Betz Nursing Home in Auburn. Born in Garrett, on December 4, 1936, to the late Walter and Edna (Wessel) Dannenberg. She spent her formative years in Fort Wayne, graduating from Central High School in 1955. Joann was married to Arthur Myers in Fort Wayne. He preceded her in death on December 17, 1973. She retired from Magnavox in Fort Wayne. Joann is survived by two daughters, Jill (Brent) Dillman and Kari Craig; three grandchildren, Jason (Ann) Meade, Nicolas Meade and Adam (Emily) Craig; six great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by a sister, Sharon "Sue" Shady. Services will take place at Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran Church on Monday, March 16, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends on Monday, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Burial taking place at Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran Church Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
