Jonathan Hill

Jonathan L. Hill, 54, of Churubusco, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 29, 2020, at his home. Born in Columbia City, on September 13, 1965, to J. L. "Jack" and Betty (Claxton) Hill. He spent his formative years in Churubusco, attending Churubusco High School. He worked at C & A Tool & Engineering in Churubusco for more than 25 years. He was a member of Sugar Grove Church of God. He enjoyed farming, fishing, helping people and most of all his family. Jonathan is survived by his two daughters, Rachael (Jim) Franklin and Janelle (Tony Parker) Hill; his mother, Betty Hill; a daughter-in-law, Sarah Hill; two sisters, Judy (Tom) Womack and Doris (Jay) Pence; two brothers, Harold (Pam) Hill and David (Nellie) Page; two grandsons, Gavin and Edison and a granddaughter on the way. He was preceded in death by his father, J. L. "Jack" Hill; his son, Jeffery Hill. Memorial Services will be held at Sugar Grove Church of God, 5019 E 500 S-57, Churubusco, on Saturday, July 11, 2020, at 10:00 am, with visitation an hour prior. Memorials to the family.
