Killian Warrick

With love, we celebrate the life and cherish the memory of Killian Warrick, affectionately known as "Kai", whose spirited presence filled our lives with joy. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on May 19, 2023, Kai brought light into the world with his enchanting smile, his engaging laughter, and his unabashed love for rock music and, quite uniquely, playing with his toes. His parents, Ashlie and Derek Warrick often affectionately referred to him as their "sour patch kid" or "Punky" due to his feisty and playful disposition. You could hear his joyful screeching sound whenever he was playing, which earned him the nickname "Screech". His heartfelt love for his siblings, Bryar and Havyn, was a testament to his inherent kindness; they were his heroes, his partners in adventure, and his favorite people in the world. Killian was a beacon of love and joy. His smart and curious nature is evident in his captivating gaze and infectious laughter. He touched the lives of everyone he knew with his playful antics and warm snuggles. His ability to push away one second and pull in for kisses the next was a testament to his spirited and loving nature. Killian's love for his family was mirrored in the love they had for him, creating an unbreakable bond that will continue to thrive in their hearts. In addition to his parents and siblings, Kai is survived by his grandparents, Amie & Christopher Davis, Dennis & Brenda Oliver, and Dawn & Brian Cloud; Great Grandmother, Arlene Honeick; five additional Great Grandparents; three Uncles; one Aunt, and numerous cousins. Visitation for Killian will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, located at 206 North Main Street, Churubusco, Indiana, 46723, with funeral services following immediately after. We invite all those who were touched by Killian's life to join us in celebrating his wonderful spirit. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory can be made to the Union Township Fire Department or Remembering Rowan. We encourage everyone who knew and loved Killian to leave memories and upload photos to his memorial page.
