Kohle Bowser

Kohle Willard Bowser, four month old son of Kevin W. Bowser and Ashley Bratten of Churubusco, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 10, 2010. He had been found unresponsive at the family residence, and was pronounced dead on arrival at 12:43 p. m. at Parkview Whitley Hospital in Columbia City. The surviving relatives in addition to his parents are his grandparents Ron and Peg Bowser of Churubusco, Mary and Troy Howard of Warsaw, and Ron (Sue Miller) Bratten of Churubusco; his great-grandparents Tom and Dianne Pappenbrock of Churubusco and Paul Howard of Warsaw; his aunts and uncles Dave Bowser of Albion, Marc Bowser of Chicago, Tasha Bratten of Churubusco, Shanelle Bratten of Warsaw, Cassie Bratten of Churubusco, Linda Howard of Warsaw, Anthony Bratten of Nappanee, and Tanner Howard of Warsaw; several great aunts and uncles including Wayne Bowser of Churubusco; and special friends Justin Tarr, Justin Claymiller, and Linda Claymiller. Funeral services will be held at 10 a. m. on Thursday, April 15, 2010, at the Sheets & Childs Funeral Home in Churubusco with Chaplain Steve Jones, officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 3 to 8 p. m., or one hour prior to the service Thursday morning. Interment will be in the Eel River Cemetery, south of Churubusco.
