Lee Zeigler

Lee Zeigler, 62, of Wawaka, passed away at 4:45 a.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Avalon Village Nursing Home in Ligonier. Born in Columbia City, on October 9, 1956, to the late, Donald and Dorthy (Cunningham) Zeigler. He spent his formative years in Churubusco, graduating from Churubusco High School in 1976. Lee enjoyed trap shooting, pulling tractors and county fairs. Lee is survived by sisters, LuAnn (J.C.) Workman and Diane (Joe) Wolf; two brothers, Max (Jennifer) Zeigler and Ray (Kristine) Zeigler; many nieces and nephews & great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents. Services will take place at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home on Monday, December 31, 2018, at 10:00 AM. Family will receive friends on Sunday, December 30, 2018, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Calling also one hour prior to the service on Monday. Burial will take place at Christian Chapel Cemetery, Merriam. Memorials to Whitley County Transit or Whitley County 4 -H.
