Luka Heitkamp

Luka David Ray Heitkamp, infant, passed away on March 11, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. He was born in Fort Wayne, on March 11, 2022, to Jessica Heitkamp. During this heartbreaking time, Jessica would like to thank Maternal Fetal Medicine, Palliative Care Team, Bereavement Coordinator, Kindered Hearts, Dr. Wyse, Michelle photographer with Loving Benjamin, Remembering Rowan, and Sheets & Childs Funeral Home for their care and love. Luka is survived by his mother, Jessica Heitkamp; his grandparents, Michelle Heitkamp and James L. Smith; his great-grandparents, David and Tara Heitkamp; his uncle, Nathaniel Heitkamp.
