Madelene Alfeld

Madelene M Alfeld, 95, of Churubusco, passed away on August 30, 2017 at Renaissance Village in Fort Wayne. Born in Sturgis, Michigan, on July 29, 1922. She was a daughter to Richard and Opal (Young) Rodman. She worked for 14 years as an attendant at the State Hospital in Fort Wayne. She was married on January 7, 1978 to Harold J. Alfeld. He preceded her in death on November 26, 1996. Madelene is survived by four sons, Richard (Drucilla) Biddle, Lee Biddle, Phillip Biddle, Kevin (Tina) Biddle; a daughter, Cheryl (Gary) Hackett; a daughter-in-law, Mary Lou Biddle; many grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and spouse she is preceded in death by her sister, Leonteen Fletter and a son Danny Biddle. By Madelene's request there will be no services.
