Margaret Gregory

Margaret L. Gregory, 88, of Fort Wayne, passed away at 12:25 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Kingston Care Center in Fort Wayne. Mrs. Gregory was born on September 20, 1927 in Hicksville, Ohio, a daughter of Raymond and Leona (Wilson) Baker. She spent her formative years in Fort Wayne. On October 1, 1945 she was married in Fort Wayne, to Stanley E. Gregory. Her spouse preceded her in death on November 18, 2009. The surviving relatives include four daughters, Sharon Graber of Fort Wayne, Ramona (Paul) Anderson of Bamburg, SC, Rebecca (Timothy) Quinton of Fort Wayne, and Kathy (Tom) Bunker of Cookville, TN; a brother, Charles (Betty) Baker of Hicksville, OH; ten grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and spouse, she was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Thompson; brothers, Vernon Baker and Richard Baker. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, with Chaplain Karen Kosberg, officiating. The family will receive friends at the Sheets & Childs Funeral Home from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday. Burial will be in the Eel River Cemetery, Allen County.
