Marion Erwin

Marion Erwin, 87, of Churubusco, passed away at 3:10 p.m. on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 in Albion. Mrs. Erwin was born on March 21, 1929 in Boston, Massachusetts, a daughter of Forrest and Nelda (Guy) Loomis. She spent her formative years in Davis, California, and graduated from Davis Joint Union High School in 1947. On April 23, 1949 she was married in Boston, Massachusetts to Charles R. Erwin. She was employed at Erwin Upholstery Shop, and retired in 1994 after 30 years. The surviving relatives include two sons, Alan (Nancy) Erwin and Daryl (Carolyn) Erwin of both Churubusco; two daughters, Linda Banks of Columbia City and Susan (William) Schane of Churubusco; two sisters; ten grandchildren and several great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers; and son -in-law Ishmael Banks. At the family's request there will be no services.
