Mark Hyndman, 67, of Columbia City, passed away at home on May 18, 2025.
Mark was born to the late Roger and Barbara Hyndman on December 4, 1957, in Columbia City. He spent his formative years in Churubusco and graduated from Churubusco High School.
Mark had a successful career as a Shipping Supervisor at Tower Automotive. He was a loving husband to Laurie Hyndman, whom he married on June 26, 1999, in their backyard in Churubusco.
Mark was passionate about the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and golfing. However, what mattered most to Mark was spending time with his family, especially watching his grandchildren's activities. His love and dedication to his family will always be remembered and cherished. Mark was an exceptional man who touched the lives of many with his kindness and generosity.
He is survived by his wife, Laurie Hyndman; his girls, Jamie (Kevin) Leer, Jessica (Clark ) Conner, and Jenna (Austin) Manth; his brother, Terry (Linda) Hyndman; and his nine grandchildren, Grant, Liam, Landon, and Trever Leer, Hudson, Harper, and Hunter Conner, Ashlynn and Camdyn Manth.
The family will have a Celebration of Life fish fry later to remember Mark.
