Marley Anne Malinowski, age 12, of Fort Wayne, peacefully passed away on January 15, 2024. Born on July 3, 2011, in Fort Wayne, she was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend who touched the hearts of many.
Marley was a vibrant and creative spirit. Her love for art was ever-present and influenced much of her young life. From drawing and coloring to crafting beautiful objects from clay, her artistic talents were truly remarkable. Marley also had a deep affection for animals, particularly reptiles and birds, and enjoyed spending time outdoors. An active child, she found joy in playing volleyball and participating in various outdoor activities. Her radiant smile, her smart and witty personality, and infectious laughter will be forever etched in the hearts of those who knew her.
Marley is survived by her loving mother, Stephanie Malinowski; her caring sisters, Lindsay Flottemesch and Mackenzi Hatfield; her devoted maternal grandparents, Mariann Peters and Mark Peters; and her cherished aunts and uncles: Joel (Abby) Peters, Ryan (Nicole) Peters, Kari (Dan) Engo, and Melissa (Kent) Oyer; many cousins, great-aunts, and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her father, David Malinowski, II on June 14, 2021.
The family will celebrate her life with a private Mass followed by a burial at the Ege Catholic Cemetery.
