Michael Warren Donithan, 78, of Columbia City, passed away at home on April 25, 2025.
He was born on February 8, 1947, in Marion, KY, to the late Quentin and Mildred (Joiner) Donithan. A resident of Columbia City, Michael was widely known for his warm spirit, unwavering love for his family, and lifelong commitment to serving others.
After graduating from Churubusco High School in 1964, Michael joined the United States Air Force National Guard, demonstrating his dedication to his country. Following his service, he built a rewarding career at RSC Rental Equipment in Port St. Lucie, Florida, where he later retired. Throughout his life, Michael cultivated a love for bicycling and drag racing, hobbies that were a testament to his adventurous spirit. A devout Churubusco United Methodist Church member, he was known for his faith and the strength he drew from it.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Darlene Donithan; his cherished daughters, Michaele Thompson, Angela (Kris) Helms, and Rachael (Greg) Kelly; ten grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
At this time, there will not be any services.
