Michael Oren Inlow, 75, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on February 2, 2026.
He was born on December 25, 1950, in Auburn, the son of the late Harold Russell Inlow and Alice Louise (Flowers) Inlow, Pepple, Jackson.
Michael graduated from East Noble High School and Manchester College. He attended the Kentucky Derby in 1973, when Secretariat won the Triple Crown, and also attended San Francisco Giants baseball games in California that year. Michael followed the San Francisco Giants, IU basketball, and East Noble boys basketball and football. He enjoyed reading and loved politics.
Michael played a major role in bringing a research team from The Wilmer Eye Institute in Baltimore, MD, to Indiana to study family members with Fuchs Dystrophy, an eye disease.
Michael was employed at the Department of Labor in Washington, D.C., and later at the Farm Credit Administration, where he would retire.
Michael is survived by a sister, Jane Pepple of LaOtto; nephews, Matt Inlow of LaOtto, and Andrew (Stephanie) Inlow of Fishers; niece, Julie Saalfrank of Albion; great nephews, Christopher Inlow, Tyler Inlow, and Logan Inlow; great nieces, Ava Inlow, Jenna Inlow, and Olivia Saalfrank.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, DeWayne Harold Inlow, and stepfather, Richard Lee Jackson.
A funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Churubusco Chapel, with calling beginning at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery in Auburn.
