Morris Agler

Morris Agler, 87, of Wolf Lake, passed away at 2:45 AM, on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at his home. Born in Decatur, on October 11, 1931, to the late Clarence and Madelyn (Weaver) Agler. Morris was married to Patsy "Pat" (Smeltzer) in Churubusco on April 3, 1959. She preceded him in death on September 8, 2016. He retired from American Hoist in Fort Wayne after more than 20 years. The surviving relatives include his children, Daniel Agler, Debbie (Leonard Underwood) Noble, Robert (Susan) Agler, Penny Agler and Susan Craig; 20 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Weaver; two sisters, Betty Doughtery and Patty Nevil; two sons-in-law, Richard Hatton and Dale Craig. A graveside service will take place at Wolf Lake Cemetery on June 22, 2019, at 10:00 AM. In Lieu of flowers, please direct memorials to Heartland Hospice.
