Nancy J. Lewis

Nancy J. Lewis, 79, of New Haven, passed away on September 28, 2026, at Heritage Park Healthcare Nursing Home.

Born in Fort Wayne, IN, on April 10, 1947, to the late Kenneth and Marciel (Butler) Guisinger. She graduated from Columbia City High School in 1965. Nancy was a member of Churubusco United Methodist Church; she loved going on trips with the Guisinger girls, the beach and the ocean, camping, and ladies' luncheons at the church.

Nancy married Robert Lewis in Columbia City on December 31, 2004.

She worked for Alcoils in Columbia City for 25 years.

Nancy is survived by her two daughters, Jackie Worley and Bobbie (Evan) Scott, and her son, Jason Guisinger; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Todd "Goose" Guisinger, on August 6, 2015; her son-in-law, Clarence R. Worley, on September 27, 2011; and her two brothers, Dale and William Guisinger. 

The memorial calling will take place Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Sheets and Childs Funeral Home, Churubusco Chapel.

Memorials may be made to the Churubusco United Methodist Church Building Fund.
