Phyllis Anderson

Phyllis Ann (Harrold) Anderson, 95, of Churubusco, passed away on November 5, 2021, at Parkview Whitley Hospital. She was born in Churubusco, on October 18, 1926, to the late Murry and Lois (Geiger) Harrold. Phyllis was a member of the Churubusco United Methodist Church, Eastern Star and was a 4-H Leader. She graduated from Churubusco High School in 1945. She loved to read western books and enjoyed quilting. Phyllis was married to Eldon D. Anderson on February 19, 1950. He preceded her death in 2002. She was a farmer's wife, hung wallpaper and worked at the Magic Wand. Phyllis is survived by two daughters, Nanette Jantz and Monica (David) LeFever; her son, Scott Anderson; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Dianna, in 2015; her sister, Barbara Pearson; her brother, Murry Jr. "Sonny"; her son-in-law, Steven Jantz, in 2013; and her daughter-in-law, Linda Anderson in 2018. Funeral will be at 1:00 pm, on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, Churubusco Chapel, with calling two hours prior to service. Burial will be at Eel River Cemetery.
