R. Dean Shearer, 85, of Churubusco, went to his heavenly home on March 25, 2026, he had been on hospice care for three weeks.
In keeping with Dean's wishes, no visitation or funeral will be held. There will be a private burial held.
Memorial gifts may be made in memory of Dean to the Columbia City Church of the Brethren, where he was a charter member.
Sheets & Childs Funeral Home has been entrusted with these arrangements.
