Rex Carter

Rex S. Carter, 63, a lifelong resident of Churubusco died unexpectedly on July 24, 2017 peacefully in his home. a retiree of Syracuse Dana, Rex was an avid fisherman. He enjoyed fishing tournaments with his H&O buddies, hunting, and spending time with his daughter and grandsons. Surviving are his parents, Steve and Beverly Carter of Churubusco; a daughter, Lacey and Eric Buss of Kouts; three grandsons, Conlan, Lliam, and Broden of Kouts; and a sister, Mitzi and Michael Earnhart of Albion. Visiting hours will take place at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home on July 27, 2017 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM. With calling one hour prior to the service Services will begin at 11:00 AM, at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home on July 28, 2017. Burial will follow at Christian Chapel Cemetery, Merriam.
