Robert Bloom

Robert LeRoy Bloom, 75, of Fort Wayne, passed away on July 27, 2017 at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne. He was born on February 12, 1942 in Fort Wayne to Lawrence and Era (Fisher) Bloom. Robert was married on May 26, 1984 in Fort Wayne to Dixie Inman. He retired from H. K. & F. Heating & Air. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Robert is survived by his wife, Dixie Bloom of Fort Wayne; three sons, Larry, Richard and Connelly Cole all of Fort Wayne; five daughters, Rhonda (Paul) Martin of Wolcottville, Veronica Aryes of Clarksville, Jennie Bloom, Bobbi Powers both of Fort Wayne and Rebbecea Price of Kendallville; a sister, Lois (Keith) Ely of Fort Wayne. He is preceded in death by his parents; three brother, Charles, Larry and Russell Bloom. Visiting hours will take place at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home on Sunday, July 30, 2017 from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Services will begin at 11:00 AM, at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home on Monday, July 31, 2017. Burial will follow at Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne.
