Rondal Clark Sr.

Rondal A. Clark, Sr., 79, of Albion, passed away at his home on June 20, 2018. Born on October 29, 1938, in Winchester, KY, to the late Robert and Sarah (Holland) Clark. He moved as a 14-year-old boy to Indiana with his family. He served in the United States Army Reserve for eight years. He retired as an electrician from S & W Electric, and he also worked as a truck driver. He was married on December 9, 1958, in Larwill, to Sandra Wolfe. The couple lived all their married life in northeast Indiana. He enjoyed traveling, camping, riding motorcycles and being with his family. Rondal is survived by his wife, of 59 years, Sandra Clark, of Albion; two sons, Robert (Karen) Clark of Fort Wayne and Rondal (Robin) Clark, Jr. of Kendallville; his daughter, Alma (Kim) Burelison of Churubusco; a daughter-in-law, Becky Clark of Columbia City; a sister, Marsha Bills; eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; nieces, Eunice (Gary) Lyons, Brenda (Max) Berkes and Sarah (Mark) Mattingly. He is preceded in death by his parents; a son, David Clark, Sr.; a grandson, Joshua; a brother, Herbert; a sister, Alma Mattingly; and a brother-in-law, Phillip Mattingly, Sr. Calling at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home on Saturday, June 23, 2018, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Services will begin at 1:00 PM, at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home on Saturday, June 23, 2018. Burial will follow at Troy Presbyterian Cemetery.
