Ross W. Chapman

Ross W. Chapman, 65, of Fort Wayne, passed away on June 30, 2026, at Parkview Whitley Hospital.

Ross was born on February 13, 1961, in Indianapolis, IN, to the late Marvin R. and Judith S. (King) Chapman.

Ross graduated from North Central High School, Class of 1979, in Indianapolis. He was a proud member of the Ideal Fish and Game Club and was known for his passion for collecting guns and knives. An avid gun enthusiast and lifelong learner, Ross enjoyed reading the news and cherished evenings spent with family and friends around the campfire.

Ross dedicated 15 years of his career as a salesman at Pemberton Electric, where his friendly nature and commitment left a lasting impression on colleagues and customers alike.

Ross is survived by his brother, Jeff (Lanette) Chapman; his three sisters, Linda (Greg) Chapman, Lisa (David) Vincent, and Julie Ann Chadwick.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Churubusco Chapel, on Friday, July 10th, at 4:00 pm.
