Samuel Morgan

S. Charles "Chuck" Morgan , 73, of Churubusco, passed away at 7:29 am on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at his home. Mr. Morgan was born on August 3, 1939 in Baltimore , MD., a son of S. C. and Genevieve (Bethke) Morgan. On October 14, 1983 he was married at Green Center Church to Judy Bayless, and moved from Fort Wayne to Churubusco in 1977. He was the owner of Morgan Refrigeration, and retired in 1998 after 18 years. Mr. Morgan was a member of 3 Rivers Masonic Temple and York Rite. He loved to fish, garden, and woodworking The surviving relatives include wife, Judy Morgan of Churubusco; a son, William T. (Julie) Morgan of Pikesville, MD; a daughter, Catherine Ann Morgan of Pikesville, MD; a step-daughter, Bonnie L. (Robert) Jordan of Muncie; a step - son, Patrick M. McCorkle of Leesburg, IN; a brother, William P. Morgan of New Port Richie, FL; a sister, Mary (Robert) Long of Cummings, GA; a brother - in- law, Tom (Kelly) Bayless of Leesburg, FL; and a grandson Blade M. McCorkle He was preceded in death by his parents and a son Richard Morgan Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, with Pastor Timothy Grable, officiating. The family will receive friends at the Sheets & Childs Funeral Home from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday, or one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery, Allen County. For those who wish, memorials may be directed to the Shriners Hospital. *****************************************
