Scott Tulley

Scott A. Tulley, 48, of Columbia City, passed away at 6:35 p.m. on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. Mr. Tulley was born on December 20, 1967 in Fort Wayne, a son of Onda Tulley. He spent his formative years in Churubusco, and attended Churubusco High School. Scott enjoyed watching the Indianapolis Colts The surviving relatives include his mother, Onda Williams of Columbia City; a sister, Tammy (Justin) Thompson of South Whitley; two step-brothers, Rodney (Mimi) Williams of Findlay, OH and Brian Williams of Indianapolis; seven nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his step-father Clair Williams The family will receive friends at the Sheets & Childs Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday.
