Seth Eviston

Seth Owen Eviston, 45, formerly of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday evening, January 5, 2020, at his home in Indianapolis. Born on Sept. 1, 1974, in Maumee, Ohio to Bill and Linda (Hand) Eviston. He spent his formative years in Northwest Allen County and was a 1993 graduate of Carroll High School. He graduated from Carroll with Honors of Distinction. He was also a three-year member of Carroll's nationally-ranked show choir and a two-year member of the National Honor Society. He is also a 1998 graduate of Purdue University. Seth was formerly an investments professional for Charles Schwab in Indianapolis for 17 years. He is survived by his parents, Bill and Linda Eviston, Fort Wayne; a brother, Matthew (Casey) Eviston of Gibsonville, N.C.; a sister, Sara (Ben) Brainard, Oak Ridge, N.C.; three nieces and a nephew. A private family service will be held with a burial in the Huntertown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to "Memorial fund for Seth" C/O Sheets & Childs Funeral Home.
