Sharelle Woll

Sharellee L. Woll, 69, a former resident of Churubusco and more recently of Pittsboro, passed away at 10:55 a. m. on Monday, March 5, 2012, at Brownsburg Healthcare Center in Brownsburg.e She had been in declining health for some time. Sharelle was born on February 18, 1943 in Norfolk, Virginia, a daughter of Merle D. and Genevieve (Krider) Woll.e She spent most of her life in Churubusco, and graduated from Churbusco High School in 1961. Employed in the offices of the Town of Churubusco for several years, she retired from there in 2005, moving to Pittsboro at that time. She was a member of Churubusco United Methodist Church and was a past worthy matron of Churubusco Order of the Eastern Star 136.e In her leisure time she enjoyed crafts and spending time with her family. The surviving relatives include a sister Charlene (Jack) Lee of Pittsboro; her brother Jerry (Linda) Woll of Poway, Calif; three nieces Kari (Travis) Hurst of Pittsboro, Jill Parker of Poway, Calif., and Lisa Jennings of San Diego, Calif; a nephew Bryan (Terese) Woll of Vally Center, Calif; three great-niecese Dorian Parker, Jayda Hurst and Jena Hurst; and two great-nephews Christian Woll and Ethan Woll. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Judy Bickley in 1979.e e e e e Churubusco Order of the Eastern Star will conduct a service at 6:00 p. m. on Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at the Sheets & Childs Funeral Home in Churubusco, with a memorial service immediately following. e Rev. Corinne Boruff-Stucker, pastor of Churubusco United Methodist Church, will officiate. The family will receive friends at the the funeral home after 4 p. m. on Wednesday until the time of the service. Burial will be in the Eel River Cemetery, south of Churubusco, at a later date.
