Steven Bricker

Steven M Bricker, 60, of Avilla, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020, at his home Born in Fort Wayne, on June 27, 1960, to Dale and Marilyn (Eisenhut) Bricker Sr. He spent his formative years in New Haven, graduating from New Haven High School in 1979. Steven was married to Jeannine Swain in Fort Wayne, on May 21, 1994. He worked as a machinist at Slater Steel, retiring in 2012. Steven was a member of Fellowship of Wesley Chapel. He was an avid bowler and motorcycle rider. He was a huge Cubs fan, loved IU Basketball, fishing, hunting and NASCAR; especially Tony Stuart and Rusty Wallace. Steven is survived by his wife of 26 years, Jeannine Bricker; his father, Dale Bricker Sr.; eight siblings, Kathy (Steve) Farrier, Dale (Sallie) Bricker, Jr., Kevin Bricker, Sue (John) Maag, Mark Bricker, Tina Jenson, Keith (Cindy) Bricker and Jeff (Carrie) Bricker; tons of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Bricker; a sister-in-law, Mary Bricker. Services will take place at Fellowship of Wesley Chapel on Saturday, August 1, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., with calling two hours prior to the service. The family will also receive friends on Friday, July 31, 2020, at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Masonic and Eastern Star Service will be held at the end of calling.
