Steven Lawson

Steven R. Lawson, 63, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. He was born in Durand, MI, on November 18, 1958, to the late Robert F. Lawson and Shirley A. (Clifford) Russell. Steve loved fishing, working on trucks, NASCAR, Harley Davidson, and Green Bay Packers football. He worked for the State Highway Department in Brimfield, IN. for ten years, Frame Service in Fort Wayne for ten years, and his last job was at Hoosier Truck & Trailer for eight years. Steve is survived by three daughters, Emma, Lilly, and Sarah Lawson; two sons, Steven Lawson Jr. and Ryan Lawson: a stepdaughter, Amy Rhodes; a sister, Michelle (Joe) Kane; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica Rose Lawson. Funeral services will be at 6:00 pm, Friday, October 28, 2022, at Sheets and Childs Funeral Home, Churubusco Chapel, with calling two hours prior to services.
