Vera Lepper

Vera M. Lepper, 81, of Kimmell, passed away at 12:20 p.m. on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at her home in Kimmell. Mrs. Lepper was born on January 7, 1933 in Fort Wayne, a daughter of Ralph C. and Mae (Dell) Walker. She spent her formative years in Fort Wayne. On she was married in 1962 to Robert W. Lepper, and moved from Fort Wayne to Kimmell where she had lived for the last 30 years. Her spouse preceded her in death on December 26, 2008. The surviving relatives include seven sons, James W. (Marsha) Lepper of Butler, Charles Lepper of Fort Wayne, Keith A. (Darla) Lepper of GA, Carl W. (Cindy) Lepper of Marion, Randy L. Lepper of Churubusco, Gary L. Lepper and Curt A. Lepper both of Kimmell; a daughter, Shelley (John) Davies of Syracuse; three step-sisters, Carolyn Netterouer, Gloria Dixion, and Juaniya Phenis; three brothers; a sister; 24 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and spouse, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Jimmy Lepper, a great-granddaughter, Nicole Davies, two sister and a brother. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, with Pastor Rick Van Horn, officiating. The family will receive friends at the Sheets & Childs Funeral Home from noon to 2:00 pm Saturday. ********************************
